Ok, all you maggots! Time to get up off your sorry couch-potato butts and pretend you are worth more than a sack of flour! Get those soggy arms and flabby abs moving! Time to remind your muscles what a REAL work-out feels like!

Commit - NOW - to journeying with me in the way of the Corps to a lean, mean, fight-worthy form.

Today's PT Move: 
The Basic Push Up


Proper position and technique

Place your hands a comfortable width apart, put your feet together and keep your back straight.

Now lower yourself to the ground keeping a small space between your chest and the ground about the size of a fist.

Push your self back up and you have completed one push-up.

Now, drop and give me 20!
